When you buy a tinySpell+ license you pick your price starting at $10. This allows you to select a price that you can afford (you get the same product no matter what the price is).
You can pay via PayPal or Plimus. For PayPal use the Pay via PayPal column: open the price list, select your price and click the "Buy Now" button.
For Plimus use the Pay via Plimus column: click the "Buy Now" button and you will be able to select a price in the next page.
Note: for orders of 20 copies and above you can get a discount
